Delivery Conditions

Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address.

On our website you will find information about the availability of our products (for example on the respective product pages). We draw the customer’s attention to the fact that all information on the availability, shipping and delivery of a product is merely an estimate and approximate guide value. They do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. A shipment notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order with a tracking number. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Unless specifically requested via phone or email, packages do not have insurance and signature is not required. If you would like insurance or a signature required for your package, contact us at [email protected] and we can assist you in adding these delivery options.

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the products during shipment is transferred to the consumer with the handing over of the goods to the customer. The regulation applies regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. Once your order is confirmed delivered by the shipping company, we are not liable for the package any longer. Please be aware that you have a delivery coming, keep an eye on the tracking information, so someone can receive the package or leave directions for deliveries to a safe location (example: ‘Leave the package with neighbor if no answer.’) so as to minimize your risk.

If delivery of the goods is not possible for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.

Customers are requested to check the goods on delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to inform baptizw.com as soon as possible.

baptizw.com is not responsible in case of delay and/or failure to deliver that is caused by third parties and/or by reasons of force majeure or accidental facts. However, in case of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) or an impediment that cannot be overcome and does not allow the prompt delivery of products, we will inform you via email or phone, so that you can confirm us if you still desire, under the new circumstances, the completion of your order.

International Shipping

This information is only relevant for deliveries made outside the European Union.

Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to Import Duty/Tax/VAT which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of baptizw.com products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty/Tax/VAT under any circumstances.

When ordering from baptizw.com you agree to pay any Import Duty/Tax/VAT which may be imposed by your country’s government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty/Tax/VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty/Tax/VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

We are not able to offer a refund for goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty/Tax/VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount or does not apply to children’s clothing. Based on your country’s customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
